• Access control — Role-based access; data is scoped by ministry and unit where applicable
• Retention — Learning and completion records are retained as required by policy; you can request details via support
• Sharing — Data is not sold or used for marketing; sharing with other agencies only where authorised
• Security — Encryption in transit and at rest; regular assessments and incident response procedures
